Abstract


The company must face globalization era by improving Human Resources(HR) competence because the only way of achieving the competitive advantage isthrough good Human Resource Management (HRM) in the company. HRM leads tosuccessful role achievement can be done by the spirit to grow through educationprocess and training. A phenomenon in Indonesia still seems that employees hiredby the companies only for work which will bear employers who only can work,instead of think. Means, HR are still regarded as one of production factor, not asasset nor company partner, which different with HR empowerment principles. HRachievements can be done by motivating employees through learning process whichreflectedfrom adopting of new ways, creative and innovative as well as involvementin the process of organizational goals formulation.
