PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI KARYAWAN PADA BISNIS PEGADAIAN

Abstract


To prove whether there is a significant influence of organizational culture and work motivation on organizational commitment, a study was carried out with the object of research at a pawnshop company in Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, because of the limited time of respondents. Simple regression data analysis technique using the SPSS program. The results of the study found organizational culture influences organizational commitment, and work motivation also affects employee organizational commitment. Simultaneously produce organizational culture and motivation together influence on organizational commitment. It is recommended that leaders a) increase the strength of the application of organizational cultural values to employees by selecting interview candidates for employees so that employees are selected following organizational cultural values; b) increase employee motivation by implementing transformational leadership styles, which are seen as closer relations between leaders and employees so that leaders easily know the needs of employees working in the company
