Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasi melalui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Hotel Alpha Pekanbaru

Abstract


This study aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment through employee job satisfaction as a mediating variable at Hotel Alpha Pekanbaru. This respondent used a census sampling of 50 employees. The collection of data used is a questionnaire. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis techniques software SMART PLS 3. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant direct effect of the application of organizational culture on organizational commitment, there is a significant direct effect of the application of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, there is a significant direct effect of employee job satisfaction on organizational commitment, there is an indirect effect the application of organizational culture to organizational commitment through significant employee job satisfaction in Hotel Alpha Pekanbaru employees
