Abstract

PT. Asia Sawit Makmur Jaya (PT. ASMJ) is one company operated inprocessing CPO in Riau. The creation of a work climate that supports work isneeded by all employees, particularly in the production department. Based on theresearch results, work climate and work spirit in the company are considered tobe good. Furthermore, there is significant influence of work climate on workspirit.
