Analisis Faktor-Faktor Internal dalam Pengembangan UMKM Mie Sagu di Kecamtan Tebing Tinggi Timur Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti

Abstract


Internal factors are individual characteristics where these factors can be controlled from within and are factors that support the development of SMEs.  UMKM Sago Sago Tohor Lestari Noodles, Meranti Islands Regency. The research approach used is a qualitative approach and this type of research is descriptive. The location of this research was carried out in the SME Sago Mie Usaha Brothers and the UMKM Sago Sago Tohor Lestari in Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency, data collection techniques were carried out by interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the internal factors in the development of Sago Noodle SMEs are considered not optimal in terms of internal factors, namely HR aspects, financial aspects, marketing aspects and production aspects that have not been implemented and run properly so that it slows down the development of Sago Noodle SMEs. Brothers and SMEs Mie Sgu Tohor Lestari.
