Dampak Store Atmosphere, Store Location dan Kualitas Produk dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Konsumen (Studi pada Hulubalang Culture Cafe Ujungbatu)

Abstract


This study aims to determine the impact of store atmosphere, store location and product quality in increasing customer satisfaction at Hulubalang Culture Cafe Ujungbatu. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with SPSS version 24 program, with data sources from primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all consumers of Hulubalang Culture Cafe Ujungbatu. For data collection techniques through questionnaires using the accidental sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample based on chance. The analytical methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test of normality, classic multicollinearity assumption test, classical assumption test of heteroscedasticity, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2 ). The results of this study are Store atmosphere (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), Store location (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y), product quality (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and store atmosphere , store location and product quality have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction
